My young puppy had bloody diarrhea. My family was so worried that we urgently looked for a hospital. Fortunately, I made an appointment at this hospital and all the teachers were friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the teacher who treated my dog. But I don't know her name. I was impressed by her smiling and cheerful attitude toward dogs. She is a person who truly loves animals, and I felt at ease as she treated the dogs with care. Moreover, I am not good at English. The teacher did her best to treat her, explained all situations in an easy to understand manner, and waited for my daughter to interpret. He also sent a summary of the entire situation to my email so I understood the entire treatment process. The teacher's entire treatment process was trustworthy, and my daughter and I, who had been worried, felt relieved. Thank you sincerely.

We have been with Quail Animal Hospital for nearly 10 years now. This place is easily the very best veterinary clinic/hospital I've ever been to. When we first started coming here, it was still a small spot in the nearby mall and I think it was just Dr. Morgan, who was absolutely stellar with our animals. Since then they have expanded to a much larger venue on the other side of the mall and have hired numerous other vets like Dr. Bates, Dr. Wang (I believe? Apologies, I only met him once), and Dr. Shumka. Every single one of them have been awesome and up to the high bar that Dr. Morgan set all those years ago. I still see him from time to time here too. The techs out front are all wonderful and very clearly all love animals. They're always so happy to see every pet that comes in even though they must see countless animals throughout their work. Their prices are also very reasonable, which honestly is surprising given they're in a pretty affluent area of Irvine. They'll always give you a cost breakdown invoice as well and even give ranges for things like surgeries so you're not surprised by any increases due to any issues that arise. We've taken our old pug Barney here (now passed), our Boston Terrier Mosby, our cat Bulma, and our pug puppies Berry and Melon here, and we will be continuing to come back. Also great is the fact that the doctors always send such detailed follow up emails after visits with information, recommendations, etc. Honestly I don't even know where they find the time, and as a clinician myself I'm very impressed with the dedication. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place you can trust! Some pretty great food in the mall nearby as well 😂

Dr Morgan and his team always take great care of my 2 cats Sanchez and Luna. Been going there for over 5 years now and they always have my pets’ best interest at heart. Last visit we had Luna spayed and she recovered sooo quickly from the procedure like it never happened. The incision was so small, Dr Morgan is a very skilled surgeon.

AVOID AVOID. Do not get fooled by the star rating. I went to this place because they had a high star rating but if I can give a zero star I would. The wait time was horrible. I don’t know how many times they punctured my poor cat bladder for urinalysis but it took them half an hour, and after that, they couldn’t take the sample. They asked me to leave her there and pick her up later so they can try again but I declined. They were so incompetent that I was not about to leave my poor cat there for additional poking. As for the vet doctor Wang he really did not know much. Total waste of my time and stress on my cat. Some other things I like to point out is the waiting area was small and had only three chairs. It was very loud therefore if your animal is not stress, they will get stress because it was so chaotic. At this point I won’t even trust the results from the blood work they did.
